Overview

SBM Projects provide a full or partial build management service, for either domestic or commercial properties, with detailed project plans, build costs, timelines, payment schedules and balance sheets, tailored to the individual clients requirements, to ensure a successful, timely and cost effective delivery of their extension or renovation project.

Background

I've been refitting/refurbishing commercial properties over a 25 year period as part of my responsibilities in my previous commercial roles, and privately, developing houses for over 30 years, ranging from small garage conversion, to large two storey extensions, complete house renovations and rebuilds. I uniquely understand the challenges of being a business professional and trying to manage a build or renovation project at the same time

In 2009 I decided to take what I'd been doing for myself for over 15 years - project managing my own builds and house renovations, and my experience from previous commercial roles - and market these services professionally, creating SBM Projects, offering my clients the level of detail, transparency and accountability that I had always expected with my own projects.

Since 2016 we have been based in Cornwall, close to the Devon border, and have started to manage the refurbishment & renovation of owner holiday lets & second homes, perfectly placed for managing works on sites in the South West and being able to travel up country to hold progress meetings with the owners, this has become an ideal niche for the services SBM Projects provides.
