How We Work

Overview

All projects large or small are managed in the same way to make sure there is the detail, breakdown and planning to help with the logistics and organising the various trades to carry out the work required, to ensure the project run as smoothly as possible.

When a job starts the timeline, costs and payments are updated on a weekly basis giving you the transparency and detailed throughout the project. I will have regular meetings with the client to discuss any changes or amendments.

Communication is the key to the running of all projects and is something I am always looking to improve and monitor.
